Getting a property cleared to build. We research zoning and lot-split feasibility, plan utilities and sewer, and map the county permit pathway before anything breaks ground.

Project mgmt

Project Management

Running the job end to end. We drive permitting, coordinate consultants and contractors, review budgets and bids, and keep inspections and progress on schedule.

Oversight

Construction Oversight

Owner-side eyes on the build. Through framing, MEP, and finishes, we stay close to the work, review change orders, and flag anything that looks off — the contractor stays responsible for the work and its quality.
